AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $519,700. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF OFF-SITE DRAINAGE IN ~THE Ch~JRCH- <br />LAND AREA FOR ACADEMY POINT APARTMENTS, TOW~E POINT APARTMENTS, <br />WOODHAVEN APARTMENTS AND THE PROPOSED CHURCHLAND APARTMENTS ON <br />TOWNE POINT ROAD. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Five Hundred Nineteen, Seven <br />HUndred and 00/100 ($519,700.)
