AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $138,200. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUND FOR INSTALLATION OF DRAINAGE AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />TO BROOKSIDE LANE, HARRIS ROAD, REID STREET, PHELPS PLACE, <br />NICHOLSON STREET AND GREE~OOD DRIVE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Thirty-eight <br />Thousand, Two Hundred and 00/100 ($138,200.)
