AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $138,200. FROM THE GENERAL REVENUE <br />SHARING TRUST FUND TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND IN THE CATE- <br />GORY OF DRAINAGE AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br /> BE 'IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Thirty-eight <br />Thousand, Two Hundred and 00/100 ($138,200.)
