AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, CLASSI- <br />FICATION AND PAY PLAN ORDINANCE (1974-75) BY REESTABLISHING TO <br />THE CLASSES OF POSITIONS ASSIGNED TO PAY GRADES, THE CLASS <br />TITLE OF DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AT PAY GRADE NUMBERED 34. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, Classi- <br />fication and Pay Plan Ordinance (1974-75) be amended by <br />reestablishing to the classes of positions assigned to pay <br />grades, the class title of Director of Finance at pay grade <br />numbered 34. <br /> <br /> 2.
