AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, BY AMENDING AND REORDAINING SECTION 40-71(b) <br />OF SAID CODE PERTAINING TO THE USES WHICH ARE PERMITTED <br />WITHIN THE COMMERCIAL C-2-DISTRICT UPON T~E GRANTING OF A USE <br />PERMIT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mOuth ~ Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 40-71Cb) of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended and reordained to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> (b) Within the Commercial C-2 District the follow- <br />lng uses may be permitted upon the granting of a use permit <br />as provided in this Article: <br /> <br />Fortunetellers, clairvoyants and practitioners <br />of palmistry and phrenology. <br /> <br />Group Homes. <br /> <br />Heliports. <br /> <br />Hospitals and sanitariums. <br /> <br />Massage parlors and other commercial enterprises <br />offering the services of a masseuse or masseur. <br /> <br />Parking facilities for motor homes, campers or <br />camper trailers and boat trailers; provided that <br />habitation or any use other than parking or storage <br />of'the aforesaid Vehicles shall not be permitted. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Yirginia., at a meeting held April 22, 1975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
