AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 9-71 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, 1973, AS AMENDED, PERTAINING TO VOTING PLACES FOR <br />PRECINCT NO. 7. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 9-71 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, 1973, be amended and reordained to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 9-71. Precinct No. 7. <br /> <br /> Voting places for Precinct No. 7 shall be at the <br />Park View Elementary School. <br /> <br /> 2.
