buildings in the c~ty are invited to make gifts, devises and <br />bequests to the City to be used for that purpose. All such <br />donations, other than money, shall be subject to acceptance <br />ty the City Council. Ail donations of money shall be made <br />through the City Auditor's office, and it is hereby author- <br />ized and directed to receive such donations and to deposit <br />them in a special fund to be known as the Historic Buildings <br />Trust Fund, which shall be used only for the purpose of pre- <br />serving and promoting the preservation of historic buildings <br />in the City. Expenditures from such fund shall be made by <br />the City Manager as authorized from time to time by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Sections 40-118-40-121. Reserved. <br /> <br /> 2.
