AN ORDINANCE~O APPROPRIATE $15,000. FROM THECAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />FU~D FOR AN ENGINEERING STUDY T6 CONVERT THE CITY'S INC~N~TOR <br />TO A TURBULENT AIR SYSTEM TO IMPROVE SMOKE ABATemENT CONTROL AT <br />TEE INCINERATOR. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 ($15,000.) <br />Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the Capital <br />Improvement Fund for an engineering study to convert the City's <br />Incinerator to a turbulent air system to improve smoke abatement <br />control at the Incinerator. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held March 25, i975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
