3. That that portion of the Zoning MaD attached <br />to and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1961, which now zones as Industrial <br />M-l, the property described zn Petition for Zoning Amend~ <br />ment No. Z-76-~, is hereby amended ami changed so as to <br />show said property zoned as Residen%iai R-60, and that said <br />property is hereby zoned as Z-76-4. <br /> <br /> The property affected by this section is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning on the east szde of Elm Avenue <br />approximately 75 feet south of the southeast <br />corner of Elm Avenue and Hol!aday Street; thence <br />east along a side property line approximately <br />100 feet to a point; thence southeast approxi- <br />mately 50 feet; thence west approximately 120 <br />feet to the east right-of-way line of Elm <br />Avenue; thence north along said right-of-way <br />approximately 45 feet to the point of origin. <br /> <br /> 4. That that portion of the Zoning Map attached <br />to and made a part of the Zonin~ Ordinance of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1961, which now zones as industrial <br />M-l, the property described in Petition for Zoning A~en~ent <br />No. Z-76-5~ zs hereby amended and changed so as to show said <br />property zoned as R-60, and that said property is hereby <br />zoned as Z-76-5. <br /> <br />as <br /> <br /> The property affected by this sectzon ms described <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning approximately 265 fee~ east of <br /> the southeast corner of Elm Avenue and Holladay <br /> Street and thence south approximately 25 feet <br /> to establish the poznt of beginning; thence <br /> east from the point of beginning approximately <br /> i20 feet to a point; thence sou~h approximatet~ <br /> 90 feet to a point; thence west approximately <br /> 120 feet to a point; thence north approximately <br /> 90 feet to the poin~ of origin. <br /> <br /> 5. Tha~ that portion of the Zoning Map attached <br />to and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1961, which now zones as Industrial <br />M-i, the property described in Petition for Zoning A~endment <br />No. Z-76-6, ms hereby amended and changed so as to show said <br />property zoned as Residential R-60, and that said property <br />is hereby zoned as Z-76-6. <br /> <br /> <br />
