AN ORDINANCE ~ENDING THE ZONING ~AP OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, TO REFLECT A~ND~NTS OF ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS OF CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTIES HEP~IN. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- mouth, Virginla: 1. That that portion of the Zoning Map attached to and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1961; which now zones as Residential R-?5, the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment No. Z-76-2, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Residential R-60, and that said property is hereby zoned as Z-76-2. The property affected by this section is described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lincoln and Seventh Streets; thence east along the center line of Lincoln Street to Sixth Street; thence s6uth along the center line of Sixth Street to Jefferson Street; thence west along the center line of Jefferson Street to Seventh Street; thence north along the center line of Seventh Street to Lincoln Street, the point of origin. 2. That that portion of the Zoning Map attached to and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of portsmouth, Virginia, 1961, which now zones as Commercial C-2, the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment No. Z-76-3, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Residential R-60, and that said property ms hereby zoned as Z-76-3. The property affected by this section is described as follows: Beginnmng at the northeast corner of Green Street and Portsmouth Boulevard; thence north along the east right-of-way line of Green Street approximately t00 feet to a lot line; thence easterly approximately 75 feet to a side lot line; thence southerly approximately 125 feet to the north right-of-way line of Portsmouth Boulevard; thence west along said right-of-way line approximately 120 feet to Green Street, the point of origin.
