The property affected by this section is described as follows: Beginning approximately 715 feet east of the southeast corner of Elm Avenue and Holladay Street and thence south approxi- mately 70 feet to establish the point of beginning; thence east from the point of beginning approximately 290 feet to a point; thence south 50 feet to a point; thence west approximately 295 feet to a point; thence north approxlmateiy 40 feet to a point; thence east approximately 10 feet to a point; thence north approximately 10 feet to the point of origzn. 6. That that portion of the Zoning Map attached to and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1961, which now zones as Com-mercia!
