shall set forth the reason for its decision and the vote of <br />each member participating therein which shall be sprea~ upon <br />its records which shall be open to public inspection. Every <br />such decision of the commission shall be based upon a finding <br />of fact which shall be reduced to writing and preserved among <br />its records. The commission shall submit an annual report of <br />its activities to the City Council. <br /> <br /> (g) Upon request of the commission, and with the <br />approval of the City Manager, the departments, bureaus, divi- <br />sions, boards, commissions, offices and agencies of the city <br />government shall furnish to the commission such available in- <br />formation and render it such service as may be required for <br />the exercise of the powers and performance of the duties of <br />the commission. <br /> <br />Section 40-102. Historic district and subdistricts; <br /> building regulations. <br /> <br /> (A) The Historic District shall contain one or more <br />of the following subdistricts which shall be established by de- <br />nomlna=lon as such on the Historic District map: <br /> <br />(1) klstorzc Residential <br /> <br />(2) Historic Limited Office. <br /> <br />(3) Historic Limited Business. <br /> <br /> (B) Historic Residential: In Cradock, requirements <br />applicable to the Residential R-75 zoning district as prescribed <br />shall continue to apply~ <br /> <br /> (9) Historic Residential Subdistricts: The <br />Secretary of the Commission of Architectural Review may in any <br />historic residential subzone dealing with "Cradock", issue Certi- <br />ficates of Appropriateness. The Secretary's failure to issue <br />such a certificate within 30 days shall forward the application <br />to the Co~mission of Architectural Review. A written report <br />shall accompany any such non-approved application. The Com- <br />mission of Architectural Review may issue a Certificate of Appro- <br />priateness. The Secretary shall, in writing, report to the Com- <br />mission of Architectural Review at each regular meeting on any <br />certificates issued in the Cradock Historic Residential Subzone~ <br /> <br /> (C) Historic Limited Business Subdistrict: The fol- <br />lowing regulations shall apply to such Historic Limited Business <br />subdistricts as are established: 1) Uses shall be limited to <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
