FROM T~E CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUA~ TO PAY FOR EXPENSES INCURRED IN SEPARATING THE h~TER <br />DISTRIBUTION LINES OF THE OLD CITY OF SUFFOLK FROM THE OLD <br />COUNTY OF NANSEMOND. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouthf Virginia, that the sum of Thirty-five Thousand and <br />00/100 ($35,000.)
