FROM THE GENEtLAL FUND FOR <br />THE FEDERAL OPERATING SUBSIDY TO TIDEWATER TRA~SPORTATION DIS- <br />TRICT CO~ISSION IN CONNECTION WITH THE TAKE-OVER OF THE ELIZA- <br />BETH RIVER TUNNEL SERVICE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Ninety-three Thousand, Five <br />Hundred and 00/100 ($93,500.)
