FROM THE GENERAL FUND <br />FOR SALARIES AND BENEFITS FOR TWO POLICE PATROLM~N TO PATROL <br />THE JEFFREY WILSON HOUSING PROJECT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Nineteen Thousand, Six Hund- <br />red Eighty-five and 00/100 ($19,685.)
