Violation of <br />this section shall be punishable as a class 4 misdemeanor. <br /> <br /> (c) It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian <br />other person having the care, control or custody of a <br />person under the age of eighteen (18) years, knowingly <br />to permit or suffer any child under the age of eiqhteen <br />(18) years to own, use or have in his possession within <br />the city an air rifle. The fact that a child under the <br />age of eighteen (18) years is found with, or is proven <br />to have had, in his possession, an air rifle shall be <br />prima facie evidence that the parent, guardian or <br />other person having control of such child diR knowingly <br />permit or suffer the child to own, use or have in his <br />possession an air rifle. Violation of this section <br />shall be punishable as a class 4 misdemeanor. <br /> <br /> 5o That Section 21-40 be amender to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />Section 21-40.
