AN ORDINANCE TO ~24END THE CODE OF TEE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, BY A~-~NDiNG SECTION 32-74 THEREOF PERTAINING <br />TO REFERENCES TO BUILDING SETBACK LINES ON PORTSMOUTH BOUL- <br />EVARD. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that Section 32-74 of the Code of <br />the City of Portsmouthf Virginia, 1973, be amended by <br />deleting therefrom all references pertaining to a building <br />setback line on Portsmouth Boulevard from Alexanders <br />Corner to the Western City limits. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth~ <br />Virgmnia, at a meeting held August !O, 1976. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
