AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,020,000. FROM THE GENERAL REVENUE <br />SHARING TRUST FUND IN THE CATEGORY OF CAPITAL EXPENDITURES FOR <br />DtLAINAGE, CURB AND GUTTER, AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia~ that the sum of One Million, Twenty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($1,020,000.)
