AN ORDINanCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,090,000. FROM THE CA-~ITAL I~4PROVE- <br />MENT FUND FOR TKE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS TO THE INTERSECTION <br />OF AIRLINE BOULEVARD AND VICTORY BOULEVARD AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />SANITARY SE~RS, MANHOLES AND A PUMPING STATION. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the smm of One Million, Ninety Thousand and 00/100 <br />($1,000,090.)
