AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $57,000. FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR <br />ADDITIONAL POSITIONS AUTHORIZED BY THE COMPENSATION BOARD FOR <br />THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH JAIL. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Fifty-seven Thousand and 00/100 <br />($57,000.)
