utterance or display of any words or to include conduct otherwise made punishable under this title. The person in charge of any such building, place, conveyance or meeting may eject therefrom any person who violates any provision of this section with the aid~ if necessary, of any persons who may be called upon for such purpose. A person violating any provision of this section shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor0 2. That Section 21-89 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia~ 1973~ be repealed. Section 21-98. Obstructing justice by threats or force. If any person~ by threats~ or force~ attempts ho intimidate or impede a judge~ magistrate~ justice, jurorr witness~ or an officer of a court~ or any law-enforcement officer, in the discharge of his duty, or te obstruct or impede the administration of justice in any ceurt~ he shall be deemed te be guilty of a Class I misdemeaner~ Section 21-121. Failure to institution to do so. leave premzses of school or of higher learning when directed Any person, whether or not a student, directed to leave the premises of a school or any institution of higher learning by a person duly authorized te give such direction and who fails to do so shall be guilty of a Class 3 mis- demeanor. Each day such person remains on the premises after such direction shall constitute a separate effense~ Section 21-129. Tampering with metering device~ diverting service~ Any person who shall tamper with ~ny metering device, or otherwise intentionally prevent such ~ metering device from properly registerzng the degree, amount or quantity of such service supplied, or who shall divert such service~ excepting, however~ telephonic or electronic extension service no~ o~med or controlled by any such company without authorization from the owner of such facility who or which furnished such service ~o the public~ shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. 4
