shameful or morbid interest to juveniles, (b) is patently <br />offensive to prevailing standards in the adult come, unity <br />as a whole with respect to what ms suitable material for <br />]uveniles~ and (e) ms, when taken as a whole~ lacking in <br />sermons literary, artistic, politican or scientific value <br />for juveniles. <br /> <br />Section 2!-83 [a} (1) ~ <br /> <br /> (1) Any picture, photograph, drawing~ sculpture~ <br />motion picture film~ or simi!az visual representation or <br />image of a person or portion of the human body which depicts <br />sexually explicit nudity, se×ual conduct or sadomasochistic <br />abuse and which is ham~ful to j~veniles~ or <br /> <br /> (b) It shall be nnlawful for any person knowingly <br />to sell to a juvenile an admission ticket or pass~ or <br />knowingly to admit a juvenile to premmses whereon there is <br />exhibited a motion pieture~ show or other presentation which~ <br />in whole or im part~ depicts sexually explicit nudity~ <br />sexual conduc~ or sadomasochistic abuse and which is harmful <br />to juveniles or to exhibit any such motiom picture at any <br />such premises which are not designed to prevent viewing from <br />any public way of such motion picture by juveniles not <br />admitted to any such premises. <br /> <br />Section 21-88. Disorderly conduct in public places~ <br /> <br /> A person is guilty of disorderly <br />tko intent to cause public mnconvenience, <br />or recklessly creating a risk thereof~ he: <br /> <br />conduct if~ with <br />annoyance or alarm~ <br /> <br /> A. In any street~ hi~hway~ public bui!ding, or while <br />in or on a public conveyance~ or ~ublic place engages in <br />conduct havinq a direct teadency to cause acts of violence <br />by the person or persons at whom~ individua!!y~ such conduct <br />is directed; provided, however, such conduct shall not be <br />deemed to mnciude the utterance or display of any words <br />or to include conduct otherwise made punishable under this <br />title; or <br /> <br /> B. Wi!ful!y, or being intoxicated~ whether ~i. lfully <br />or not, disrupts any meeting of the governing body of ~ny <br />political subdivision of this State or 5 division or agency <br />thereof, or of any school~ literary society or place of <br />religious worship~ if such disruption erevents or interferes <br />with the orderly conduct of such meeting or has a direct <br />tendency to cause acts of violence by the person or persons <br />at whom, individually, such disruption is directed} provided~ <br />however~ such conduct shall not be deemed to include the <br /> <br /> <br />
