forfeited ~o the col~monweaith and may be seized by an <br />officer as forfeited~ and such as may be needed for police <br />officers~ conservators of the peaced and the division of <br />consolidated laboratory servmces shall be devoted to that <br />purpose, and the remainder shall be destroyed by the officer <br />having them in charge. <br /> <br /> This section shall nee apply no any person while <br />mn his own place of abode or the curhi!a~e thereof, or to <br />any police officers, sergeants, sheriffs or deputy sheriff. <br /> <br /> This secnion shall <br />following individuals while <br />duties: <br /> <br />also not apply to any of the <br />mn the discharge of their official <br /> <br /> (i) carriers of Lhe United States mail in <br />rural districts; <br /> <br /> (ii) officers or guards of the penitentiary <br />of ether institutions or camps of the State Corrections <br />System; and <br /> <br /> (iii) <br />Notaries Public~ <br /> <br />conservators of the peace other than <br /> <br /> Any circuit court, upon a wrmmmen application and <br />satisfactory proof of the good character and necessity of <br />the applicant to carry concealed weapons, may grant permission <br />so to do for one year° The order granmmng such Dermmssion <br />shall be entered in the law order book of such courr~ <br /> <br />Section 21-82(3)(5) and (6). <br /> <br /> (3) ~'Sexua! conduct" means actual or explicitly <br />simulated acts of masturbation, homosexuality, sexual inter- <br />course, or physical contact in an act of apparent sexual <br />stimulation or gratification with a person's clothed or <br />unclothed genita!s~ pubic area~ buttocks or, if such be <br />femal breast. <br /> <br /> (5) "Sadomasochistic abuse'~ means actual or explicitl~ <br />sim?elated flagellation or torture by or upon a person who is <br />nude or clad in under~arments; a mask or bizarre cost~me~ or <br />the condition of being fettered~ bound or otherwise physically <br />restrained on the ~art of one so clothed. <br /> <br /> (6) "Harmful to juveniles': means that quality of <br />any description or representa%ion~ mn whamever form of <br />nudity, sexual conduct~ sexual excitement, or sadomasochistic <br />abuse~ when it (a) predominantly appeals to the prurment~ <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
