AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,590,000. FROM TEE GENERAL REVENUE <br />SHARING TRUST FUND FOR THE SUPPORT OF GOVERNMENTAL OPERATIONS, <br />~PURCI~ASE OF EQUIPMENT ~ND~DEBT SERVICE. <br /> <br /> 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of One Million, Five Hund- <br />red Ninety Thousand and 00/100 ($1,590,000.) Dollars be, <br />and the sama hereby is, appropriated from the General Revenue <br />Sharing Trust Fund for the support of governmental operations, <br />purchase of equipment and debt ~e~vice. <br /> <br /> 2.
