BE IT OR~AI~D by the Council of the City of Por~mouth, Virginia, <br />~hat the sum of One Hundred Sixty Thousand and CO/100 ($160,000.) Dollars <br />be, and the same hereby is, appropriated frcm the Anti-Recession Fiscal <br />Assistance Fund for sutzport of governmental operations for fiscal year <br />1977-78. <br /> <br />2.
