A use providing board and rock, recreational, counseling and other rehabilitative services to individuals ~fno, by reason of their participation in ~Drk release, pre-release or probationary programs or sirailar programs frc~ state or fecleral institutic~qs and are under the supervision of a court, state or local agency, rec~re specialized attention and care in order to achieve personal independence. INCIDENTAL HOME 0OCUPATION. Any use conducted entirely %rithin a dwelling, and carried on by the occupants thereof, which use is clearly incidental and secondary to the use of the dwelling purposes and does not change the chmracter thereof, and in connection with which there is no display, no stock-in-trade nor C(~L~L~xlity sold upon the premises and no person, not a resident of the presses, is enployed specially in connection with the incidental hume occupation, and in connection with w%lich there is no personal physical service performed. INDUSTRIAL USE. Any use permitted by this Chapter in an industrial district. JUNK. Old or scrap copper, brass, rope, rags, batteries, paper, trash, rubber debris, waste, or junked, dismantled or wrecked auto- nobites, or parts whereof, iz-~mn, steel, and other old or scrap ferrous or nonferrous material. ~. An establishment or place of business which is ~intained, operated or used for storing, k~eping, buying or selling junk, or for the n~qintenance or operation of an automobile graveyard, but not including a "scrap processor" as herein defined. KENN2EL. Any place in or at which dogs are kept under any one or more of the following conditions: (1) More than ten (10) dogs of more than four (4) months of age; (2) More than four (4) dogs of more than four (4) months of age that are not penned at all tJ/nes; or (3) Any number of dogs that are kept for the purpose of sale or rental or in connection with the boarding, care or breeding for ~hich any fee is charged. Any factory assembled vehicle with necassazy service connections which is mounted or designed to be mounted on wheels and which is pe//nanently used or intended for permanent, long-term use as a dwelling, but not parked and unoccupied camping type trailers. Any such vehicle shall be deem~ to be a mobile hame whether or not the wheels have been removed therefrc~ and whether or not resting upon a temporary or permanent foundation.
