SUBDMSION. Any tract of land divided into two (2) or <br />more ra~bile home lots for the purpose of sale of such lots ~o mobile <br />hc~e owners to be developed and used as mobile hc~e sites. <br /> <br /> I~OIgCfRgFORMING STRUCRTRRE. A legally existing building or structure <br />which fails to comply with the dimensional regulations set forth in this <br />Chapter, applicable to the district in which such structure is located. <br /> <br /> NONCONFO~IING USE. A legally existing use of land or building <br />which fails to co~p!y with the allowed or permitted uses in Article IV <br />of this Chapter, either at the effective date of this Chapter, or as a <br />result of subsequent amendments to this Chapter. <br /> <br /> OPeN BtIRNING. Any burning of combustible materials wherein the <br />products of combustion are emitted directly into the open air without <br />passing through a stack or chimney. <br /> <br /> PARKING SPACE.
