MOBTLV. I{Ct~E PARK. Any tract of land of at least ten (10) oontiglK~/s acres under unified ownership used for the rental of mobile hcme 10ts which will provide a satisfying living environment for mobile hc~e residents on a long-tezm occupancy basis. MIBtLE HCb~g. SUBDMSION. Any tract of land divided into two (2) or more ra~bile home lots for the purpose of sale of such lots ~o mobile hc~e owners to be developed and used as mobile hc~e sites. I~OIgCfRgFORMING STRUCRTRRE. A legally existing building or structure which fails to comply with the dimensional regulations set forth in this Chapter, applicable to the district in which such structure is located. NONCONFO~IING USE. A legally existing use of land or building which fails to co~p!y with the allowed or permitted uses in Article IV of this Chapter, either at the effective date of this Chapter, or as a result of subsequent amendments to this Chapter. OPeN BtIRNING. Any burning of combustible materials wherein the products of combustion are emitted directly into the open air without passing through a stack or chimney. PARKING SPACE. The standing storage space for one autc~obile of not less than nine (9) feet by twenty (20) feet plus necessary driveway, access and maneuvering space as required by Section 40-49. PDARKING SPACE. PI/PT WIDTH. The mean width measured at right angles to its depth over as much of the plot d~pth as is needed to achieve the mini/hum required plot area.
