AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $4,218,186. FROM THE GENERAL REVENUE <br />SHARING TRUSTFUND FORCAPITAL EXPENSES IN THE CATEGORY OF COM- <br />MUNITY SERVICES, EDUCATION, PARKS AND RECREATION, SE?~RS, GUT- <br />TERS AND STREET IMPROVEHENTS AND CAPITAL EQUIP~-~NT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Four Million, ~o Hundred Eighteen <br />Thousand, One Hundred Eighty-six and 00/t00 ($4,218,186.)
