AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $39,639. FROM THE GRANTS FUND FOR <br />THE PROVISION OF AGING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Thirty-nine Thousand, Six Hundred <br />Thirty-nine and 00/100 ($39,639.)
