ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $979,118. FROM THE CAPITAL IM- <br />PROVEMENT FUND FOR STREET IMPROVESiENTS, DEEP CREEK BOULE- <br />VARD FROM DES MOINES TO WRIGHT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy-nine Thousand, <br />One Hundred Eighteen and 00/100 ($979,118.)
