AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE ~1,480,000. FROM T~LE CAPITAL <br />PROVE~NT FUND FOR DESIGN COSTS FOR THE UPGRADING OF THE <br />PINNERS POINT TREATMENT PLANT, FOR IMPROVEM-ENTS TO THE WATER <br />DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTE~. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Million, Four Hundred Eighty <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($1,480,000.) Dollars be, and the same <br />hereby is, appropriated from the Capital Improvement Fund for <br />design costs for the upgrading of the Pinners Point Treatment <br />Plant, for improvements to the Water Distribution SyStem and <br />Sewage Collection System. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held September 27, 1977. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
