AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $502,000. FROM THE CAPITAL IM- <br />PROVEF~ENT FUND FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVE~NTS, SIESTA GARDENS TO <br />HIGH STREET WEST, AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN WESTWOOD. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Five Hundred Two Thousand and 00/180 <br />($502,000.)
