AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF A PORTION OF WASHINGTON STREET <br />NORTH FROM PA~R STREET TO THE INTERSECTION OF LINCOLN STREET <br />AND SEVENTH STREET TO BE KNO~ AS EIGHTH STREET; CHANGING THE <br />NAME OF A PORTION OF WASHINGTON STREET NORTH FROM LINCOLN STREET <br />TO THE CRAWFORD CONNECTOR TO BE KNOWN AS SEVENTH STREET. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDATNED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that: <br /> <br /> 1. The name of a portion of Washington Street North from <br />Palmer Street to the intersection of Lincoln Street and Seventh <br />Street to be known as Eighth Street. <br /> <br /> 2.
