FROM THE GP~NTS FUND <br />TO ESTABLISH A SCHOOL ~-~INTENANCE APPRENTICE PROGRAM OPER- <br />ATED BY THE PORTSMOUTH SCHOOL BOARD. <br /> <br /> BE tT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Uirginia, that the sum of Thirty-eight Thousand, Three Hund- <br />red Sixteen and 00/100 ($38,316.)
