AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF THAT PORTION OF COLUMBIA <br />STREET WHICH IS A CUL-DE-SAC EXTENDING EASTWARD FROM HA~ILTON <br />AVENUE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that that segment of Columbia Street which is a <br />cul-de-sac extending eastward from Hamilton Avenue shall be <br />hereafter kno%~n and designated as Power Street. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held September 13, 1977. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
