All that certain pieoe or parcel of land, lying <br />and being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and <br />comprising that portian of Wythe Street between Fourth <br />Street and Fifth Street. (S-77-8). <br /> <br /> (1) AND BE IT FLSI%I{ER ORDAINED that the same are hereby closed and <br />vacated as public streets, that the City of Porhsmouth, Virginia reserves <br />unto itself a perpetual easement, right and privilege to install, m~n- <br />tain, operate and replace a 24 inch water main, 10 feet on each side <br />of the center line of Race Street (frc~ edge of pav~nent to edge of <br />pavezaent) heretofore described. <br /> <br /> (2) The City of Portsmout/%, Virginia also reserves unto itself a <br />perpetual easement, right and privilege to install, maintain, operate <br />aDP replace a 21.65 inch water main 15 fes= on each side of the center <br />line of Wythe Street, heretofore described. <br /> <br /> (3) That the City of Portsmouth, Virginia also reserves unto <br />itself perpetual easements, rights and privileges to ins~atl, maintain, <br />operate and replace electric power lJ_nes within, over, under and across <br />those portions of Griffin Street and ~che Street heretofore described. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a <br />meeting held August 23, 1977. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
