FROM ~THE GRANTS FUND FOR <br />THE CONTIN~JATION OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLA~NING ASSISTANCE PRO~ <br />GRA24. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of'Twenty-three Thousand and 00/I00 <br />($23,000.) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Grants Fund for the continuation of the Comprehen- <br />sive Planning Assistance Program. <br /> <br /> 2.
