AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $32,528. FRO~ THE GRANTS FUND FOR <br />THE ESTABLIShmENT OF A YOUTH CONSERVATION CORPS DAY CAMP AT <br />EACH OF THE CITY'S FOUR PARKS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of Thirty-two Thousand, Five Eundred <br />Twenty-eight and 00/100 ($32,528.) Dollars be, and the same <br />hereby is, appropriated from the Grants Fund for the establish- <br />ment of a Youth Conservation Corps Day Camp at each of the <br />City's four parks. <br /> <br /> 2.
