FROM THE GRANTS FUND <br />FOR THE CONTINUATION OF THE PORTSMOUTH METHADONE TREATMENT <br />AI~D REHABILITATION PROGRAM FOR THE FIFTH YEAR. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of One Hundred Fifty-nine Thousand, One <br />Hundred Sixty-one and 00/100 ($159,161.) Dollars be, and the <br />same hereby is, appropriated from the Grants Fund for the con- <br />tinuation of the Portsmouth Methadone Treatment and Rehabili- <br />tation Program for the fifth year. <br /> <br /> 2.
