LAWRENCE STADIUM OUT-FALL AND <br />THE SOUTH PORTSMOUTH DRAINAGE OUT-FALL. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, that the sum of Fifty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($50,000.) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvement Fund for a preliminary survey of <br />off-site drainage design in the Olde Towne Area, Frank D.
