AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $28,000. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF OVERHEAD ELECTRIC, PNEUMATIC <br />SUPPLY AND EXHAUST SYSTEM FOR THE CITY GARAGE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginiaf that the sum of Twenty Eight Thousand and 00/100 <br />($28,000.)
