AN ORDINANCE TO A/~END THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTS14OUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-188 THEREOF, ~ND <br />ADDING SECTION 23-198 THERETO, PERTAINING TO MAKING PORTIONS <br />OF MIDDLE STREET AND WAVERLY BOULEVARD ©~E-WAY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of tke City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 23-188 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 23-188. <br /> <br />Middle Street between North Street and <br />London Boulevard. <br /> <br /> (a) Middle Street between North Street and Glasgow <br />Street is hereby designated a one-way street south. <br /> <br /> (b) Middle Street between GlasgQw Street and London <br />Boulevard is hereby designated a one-way street north. <br /> <br /> (c) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a <br />vehicle north on Middle Street from North Street to Glasgow <br />Street. It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a <br />vehicle south on Middle Street from Glasgow Street to <br />London Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section 23-198. <br /> <br />Waverly Boulevard between Dinwiddie <br />Street and Court Street. <br /> <br /> (a) waverly Boulevard between Dinwiddie Street and <br />Court Street is hereby designated a one-way street. <br /> <br /> (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a <br />vehicle east on Waverly Boulevard between Dinwiddie Street <br />and Court Street. <br /> <br /> 2.
