AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $35,635. FROM THE CITY GARAGE <br />FUND FOR PAYMENT OF THE AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY INSURANCE <br />PREMIUM FOR 1978-79. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Thirty-five Thousand, Six Hundred <br />Thirty-five and 00/100 ($35,635.)
