AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $100,000. FROM THE CAPITAL IM- <br />PROVEMENT FUND FOR OFF-SITE DRAINAGE IMPROVemENTS AT VARIOUS <br />LOCATIONS WITHIN THE CITY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Thousand and 00/100 <br />($100,000.)
