AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $50,000. FROM THE CAPITAL IM- <br />PROVEMENT FUND FOR ENGINEERING, SOIL BORING AND OTHER COSTS <br />RELATED TO THE FOP~ER COAST GUARD BUOY BASE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Fifty Thousand and 00/100 ($50,000.) <br />Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the <br />Capital Improvement Fund for engineering, soil boring and <br />other costs related to the former Coast Guard Buoy Base. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held July 18, 1978. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
