AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $65,000. FROM THE GENERAL FUND <br />FOR STREET MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS TO TWIN PINES AND WEST <br />NORFOLK ROADS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Sixty-five Thousand and 00/100 <br />($65,000.)
