AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $9,706. FROM THE GRANTS FUND FOR <br />THE CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT OF THE ADULT OFFENDER TRACKING <br />SYSTEM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Nine Thousand, Seven Hundred Six <br />and 00/100 ($9,706.)
