AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, BY ADDING TO SECTION 40-78, 40-79 and 40-72 <br />THEREOF, THE PERMITTED USE OF HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia; <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 40-78(a), Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1973, be amended by adding as a permitted use <br />housing for %he elderly. <br /> <br /> 2. That Section 40-79(a), Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1973, be amended b~ adding as a permitted use <br />housing for the elderly. <br /> <br /> 3.
