(6) CONSTRUCTION SITES: Receptacles sufficient to <br />contain workmen's litter, plus those construction wastes capable <br />of being spread by wind or water~ the wind and water from <br />hurricanes, tornados, and floods excepted~ No less than one <br />receptacle shall be placed at each site° Dirt, mud, construction <br />materials or other debris deposited upon any public or private <br />property as a result of construction or demolition, shall be <br />immediately removed by the contractor. <br /> <br /> (7) MARINAS, BOAT MOORAGE AND FUELING STATIONS, PUBLIC <br />AND PRIVATE PIERS ?~IICH ARE OPERATED FOR PUBLIC USE: One recept- <br />acle on each pier plus additional receptacles as necessary <br />to contain litter generated by the facility. <br /> <br /> (8) BOAT LAUNCHING AREAS: At least one receptacle <br />shall be placed as needed consistent with use of the area and <br />the need for a littez deposit. <br /> <br /> (9) SPORTING EVENTS, FAIRGROUNDS, CARNIVALS, CIRCUSES, <br />FESTIVALS, AND OTHER SIMILAR EVENTS: Receptacles shall be placed <br />sufficient in number to contain the litter generated at such <br />event and spaced so as to be reasonably accessible in those areas. <br />The placement and need for said receptacles shall be determined <br />by the operator, sponsor, or group operating said event; except <br />no less than one receptacle shall be placed at each event. <br /> <br /> (10) <br />ceptacle at or <br />or buildings. <br /> <br />PUBLIC BUILDINGS, INCLUDING SCHOOLS: One re- <br />reasonably near each entrance to each building <br /> <br /> (11) T~ILER PARKSt RECREATIONAL FACILITIES, AND <br />RECREATIONAL AREAS, INCLUDING PARKS, CAPGROUNDS, BEACHES, AND <br />BATHING AREAS: One receptacle for each facility or area at which <br />food or drink is sold, plus additional receptacles as necessary <br />to accommodate the need for litter depository. <br /> <br /> (12) OTHER PROVISIONS: All litter containers shall be <br />weighted or attached to the ground as necessary to prevent <br />spillage.
