That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a <br />pazt of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, ¥irginia~ 1973, <br />which now zones as Residential R-150, the properly; described in Petition <br />for Zoning ~r~n~nent Number Z~79-16, is hereh~T emended and changed so _ <br />as to show said property designated as Tract A zoned as Pesidential <br />R-60-K Conditional and said propezqry designated as Tract B zoned as <br />Residential R-75-K Conditional, and that said property is hereby zoned <br />as Residemtial R-60-K Conditional and Residential R-75-K Conditional, <br />respectively. <br /> <br /> 2.
