ZONING ORD~AME~K~qT Z-79-16 <br /> <br />BE IT ORD~ by the Co~nclt of the City of Portsmouth, <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a <br />pazt of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, ¥irginia~ 1973, <br />which now zones as Residential R-150, the properly; described in Petition <br />for Zoning ~r~n~nent Number Z~79-16, is hereh~T emended and changed so _ <br />as to show said property designated as Tract A zoned as Pesidential <br />R-60-K Conditional and said propezqry designated as Tract B zoned as <br />Residential R-75-K Conditional, and that said property is hereby zoned <br />as Residemtial R-60-K Conditional and Residential R-75-K Conditional, <br />respectively. <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affeched by this ordinance is described as <br />follc~s: <br /> <br />TRACT A <br /> <br /> B~qILLNING at a point in the east right-of- <br />way of Twin Pines Road 130' south of Gibson Street; <br />thence east 470' to a point; thence northeast 345' <br />to the east right-of-way of John Bean Street; thence <br />norhheast along said right-of-way line projected <br />600' to the nozthboundary line of lX~inPines; thenCe <br />northwest 850' to the east right-of-%~%; line of T~in <br />Pines Road; thence soutt~ along said right-of-wqy <br />1,190' to the rmint of origin. <br /> <br />TRACT B <br /> <br /> BEGI~%]~qG at the intersection of the east right- <br />of-way of John Bean Street with the southern boundary <br />line of t-he 5%.~in Pines Cormuunity; thence northeast <br />along said right-of-way projected 600' to the north- <br />ern boundary line of said ooramunity; themce south- <br />east 330' to a ~int; thence south 280'.~ thence <br />west 540' to the ooint of origin. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning ~-dinance amendment Z-79-16 is conditioned upon the <br />following: <br /> <br /> USE: 5~le propezlry in Tract A is restricted to single and two family <br />dwellJ~gs permitted in the R-60 Zoning District and meeting the dimensional <br />requiren~nts thereof and accessory uses and structures incidental to the <br />permitted residential uses as defined therein.
